Not exactly today, but both of my Psalmopoeus langenbucheri slings molted in the past week.

As well as this lady, Cyriocosmus perezmilesi. She molted two months ago, took one roach, refused any more food and molted again.

Little N. Incei gold molted, was gonna try to sex the molt and then noticed the palps were looking really quite bulbous...took a closer look and he has officially hooked out, so I guess it's definitely male. 🤣 Resized_20240317_223927.jpeg

We just hit a nice warm stretch here in North Carolina. I’ve got a GBB in premolar refusing food and the weather triggered a molt for my T albo. This one puts him over 4 inches I’m sure. Threw his old clothes out in the yard and locked himself in his dungeon. I’ll post pics sometime here in the next 2 or 3 months when he reappears. I don’t think this is his hook out molt but given that I got him as a 3/4inch sling and have had him for going on 3 years it’s possible. I’ve grown rather fond of him. My D. Pentaloris is a psychopath and my GBB is a bit of a pansy, so he’s pretty tame and normal. Likes to climb in the water dish as I’m filling it up, but he’s also the only one of the three that actually takes in water other than through food. My GBB is indifferent to the water bowl and the D. Pentaloris has aqua phobia which may explain why she acts rabid sometimes.

They were about the same size before the molt. Little one in the foreground molted almoast 2 weeks ago. Bad picture but looks like the one in the background is a bit larger.

And my male Pamphobeteus sp. Machala flipped on his back right now. Can't wait to see his new colors.

Had a load moult this week while I have been under the weather.

Homoeomma chilensis, Vesta, 1cm dls on the moult. Not the best pic but we b tiny 😆 20240319_175512.jpg

Khrysos Augacephalus ezendami 1 of 2 , no sign of little one but the moult was shredded n in the burrow entrance, no pic or dls was that shredded.

Rudy psalmopoeus reduncus first moult in my care hasn't chucked the moult yet but seen those feet hanging over the edge of our cork bark n we have doubled in size, no pic .

Marilyn Cyriocosmus elegans adult female been hiding 6/7 months but chucked her moult and came out . Girl was on a mission so not the best pic. 20240303_142913.jpg

E.V.E Citharacanthus cyaneus , been waiting for a year for this moult and while my girl hasn't come out her burrow yet she did chuck her moult and she is definitely a she. 2 inch dls on the moult. 20240319_125301.jpg

Puddin psalmopoeus pulcher saf seen the moult sticking out the top of her bark took her back bored off n as I pulled the moult she came up to say hello 🥰🥰🥰 6 months since she's been out n my word I have missed her so much .... she was my first psalmo so she's a miss when her feets aren't hanging over the edge like all psalmo should. 20240319_174707(0).jpg

And last but not least a surprise moult, Toffee my Aphonopelma chalcodes af has moulted it took her 3 years to moult last time 1.5 years with her previous owner and 15 months with me and she didn't eat for those 15 months. This time she only just refused food last month and moulted this week exactly 15 months from the last moult. Assuming all went well as she was still able to kick at me with both bk legs 🙄 nice to see her attitude hasn't changed 😆 20240319_123210.jpg

Think that was everyone 🤔 sorry if I missed any. Well done baby's you all smashed it 👏

Electra my chilobrachys natanicharum has moulted no pic of the t or the moult . I could get dls (2 inches) but the abdomen was in tatters so couldn't get gender, and I can't get a pic of the t as that web is way too thick but assuming we are fine seen as we had a total hissy coz I opend the viv to get the moult, could see the web bulging as we slapped at me from the burrow entrance, tiny but sassy lol 😆.
Well done Electra 👏

Noticed a few more moults as I was doing t stuff.
Sizzy Rocket Brachypelma emilia af moult is in the burrow with her looking forward to seeing that orange, girls always so bright when she moults.

Celaeno Chilobrachys blue Vietnam sling a tiny 1.5 cm moult at the burrow entrance no sign of little one though we are deep in the burrow .

Grace Brachypelma klassi juvenile now confirmed female 2 n 3/4 inches dls on the moult, she's still in her burrow but the moult was in the water dish. 20240322_162654.jpg

Daphne my Sericopelma sp Bouquete af , once again holding the title for my biggest t and from what I can see of her in her burrow she looks amazing can't wait till she comes out🥰

Last but not least Xylia Xenesthis intermedia juvenile female , caught her right at the end of the moult n lucky for me she chose to moult ontop of her burrow entrance 😊 20240322_150219.jpg 20240322_152944.jpg
Will get a decent pic of her eventually but today was not that day 😆
Well done little ones 👏

Also molts from 0.0.2 Phormingochilus sp. Sabah red (~1.5" DLS) & 0.1 Phormingochilus sp. Sabah Blue (~3" DLS), but no pics of these.

Not a tarantula, but my little jumping spider sling had an adorable little molt today. Still hiding in their web but tossed out this cute little molt. 20240323_131447.jpg
