I ordered 5 slings consisting of two species: Lampropelma carpenteri and Hysterocrates sp ‘Niger Delta.’ I received five different personalities and all are perfect!! This was the best packaging I’ve ever encountered in my life; it was well labeled and the innards were nothing short of cozy. Communication was very thorough; I was updated each day and received my package as soon as logistically possible. I am impressed by the whole transaction. I will be looking forward to my next order!

Picked up QTY: 3 2nd instar slings. One died after pickup, but he refunded me for that one.

Joe is simply the best!
We have quite a few tarantulas, though this was our first with Joe. We often have difficulty getting tarantulas in the winter months as we live in a very cold state. However Joe's packaging is top notch. Snow on the ground and the T was minimally stressed and arrived on time and very healthy.

Joe is also an excellent communicator and was very helpful. I truly appreciate his willingness to speak on the phone with us regarding the species we bought and ensuring us on how the purchasing process would go. Would give him 10 stars if I could.
