Yes 10 gallon tank. Walmart: tank & lid $18.00!

My salmon has moved up a size when it comes to pinkie's.
They are not so pink anymore.

Demonhunter, mine too, although it moulted this morning and hasn't stretched out yet, do it might be up to an inch.

ha your lucky, for some reason i dont think my little L.parahybana is growing as fast as it should.. =/

Its at .75" and hasnt molted for 2 months, and no signs of premolt....

Hi all, Well I got in from work to find this:


After a bath about 30 mins I found this:

I've never managed to catch the actual flipping:

Over the next 3 hours this happened:





And I ended up with this(I will post a dried out piccy tomorrow):

It was three years and some change before I finally got to see one of my spiders flip over to molt. :evil:

I think they know that we know about when they're gonna molt and just wait until we're not looking to piss us off. :D

Without a doubt, I have yet to see any of mine molting, they wait until I go on vacation. :wall:

I agree, they do seem to wait until they aren't being obseved perhaps it's their spider-senses. They may some how know when the room is empty. Lack of vibrations maybe. who know:?
Still I was well pleased with what i did see soooo coooooool:}

I have always been curious as to how exactly the Tarantulas flip themselves. Do they just walk up a wall or something until they get off balance and flip over?
