How long did it take it to reach that size?
they're coffee jars but yeah, i thought they were ideal for my little arboreals, i'v got an A.metallica in the right hand jar, a P.irminia in the middle, and P.regalis on the left. they're all buddies and enjoy living together, lolsmof said:Are you keeping Ts in Horlicks jars too?
I purchased my gal on 1/11/05 and she was a little shy of 1/2". She is a big eater and usually does not pass up a meal. I have seen her with three large crickets in her fangs at one time (where was the camera?)!!! She likes to sit in the open most of the time, but does have a hide where she will take her food to eat. I think this is one of the best beginner tarantulas if you have the room for a 10 gal tank.Scolopendra55 said:How long did it take her to get that big? On the chance of being criticized for not enough substrate, here is a pic of the enclosure. Pretty basic but she does not complain. She generally goes from the hide to the dish and then back again. I have never seen here go anywhere else!demonhunter said:got any pics of the enclosure!? ( i always ask this, i love viewing enclosures)
