This was my first order from Joe and I couldn't be more pleased. He is easy to work with, communicates well, his pricing is fair, and he delivers what is promised. I purchased a Pamphobeteus insignis and a Brachypelma klaasi, two species not many are selling right now. His selection is fantastic and I will do business with him again soon.

Overall, very pleased with this seller my spiders arrived very quickly and in wonderful condition. He was very good at providing pictures of the individual slings and giving accurate size estimates. Allowing for me to set up appropriate enclosures ahead of time.

I got an itch for some new slings the other day, so I sent Joe a message on Monday evening telling him what I was looking for, and by Wednesday morning I was unpacking my new additions. As usual, they arrived perfectly packaged, healthy, and alert - ready to start settling right in to their new enclosures.

I write a lot of reviews for Joe Rossi, but that's because I buy a lot of spiders from him - and I will continue to do so! I think it's important for people to know about how easy Joe makes every transaction, the high quality specimens he's offering, and the exceptional customer experience he delivers. In a world where anyone, anywhere can put an ad online and ultimately take your hard earned money without providing what you expected in return, it's reassuring to know that we have a trusted resource like Joe to support us as we grow this hobby. I read a lot of posts on AB by people that have received T's in all kinds of unhealthy conditions, and all the trouble they have with the spiders and sellers afterwards. It reminds me to be thankful that I will never find myself in a situation like that when dealing with Joe.

A friend suggested Joe when I was searching everywhere for a C. Ritae. I ended up buying 4, because his selection is too darn good to pass up!

For several months, Joe has been working on tracking down an incredibly rare species for me. Joe provided updates regularly, letting me know that he was on it and would eventually come through. Well, he came through this week and delivered on a promise he'd made months ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. In addition to delivering the unicorn, Joe also sold me some of the newest, most desirable species in the hobby - I can count on Joe to always have new, exciting species available at reasonable prices. Getting new species that don't have well documented care requirements isn't for everyone, though, so Joe always has a great assortment of tried and true hobby staples available, as well - he literally has something for everyone who is interested in keeping tarantulas, whether they're experienced hobbyists looking for a new challenge or breeding project, or a first-time owner looking to get their feet wet.

I'll also mention how well packaged the shipment was. Temps in my area have been over 100 degrees F every day for several weeks in a row, and I'm pretty sure it's not much cooler where Joe is. The slings were perfectly packaged to travel in these extreme temperatures, and all of them were alert and active when I unpacked them. In fact, I've never received a shipment from Joe that wasn't packaged exactly as it needed to be to ensure the safety and well being of the specimens inside.

I've said most of this in previous reviews for Joe, but that's the beauty of it - Joe is reliable, fair and honest, and just a pleasure to work with, and that hasn't changed one bit! As always, feel free to message me directly if I can answer any questions...

Joe does a great job of making sure the transaction is as seamless as possible. The species selection is great, and he is seemingly always available to answer questions to which he responds rapidly. This is the second time I've ordered from him, and I won't hesitate to order again.

Joe and I had been in communication for about a month regarding some of the rare species on his next import. I let him know which I was interested in getting and he made the arrangements. The day before his import was to ship he learned that one of the species I requested would not be sent. Joe called me immediately to discuss how to resolve the issue, which he left up to me. In this day and age of vendors/businesses telling customers what they can and can't do, it was refreshing to hear Joe say "tell me what you'd like to do and I'll take care of it". Refreshing, but as anyone that has had any dealings with Joe would know, not surprising in the least. If Joe Rossi ever decides to leave the invert business, he could easily have a second career as a customer service coach for any number of companies. Joe once again delivers exemplary service. Had a few issues with the import process on the first order and he kept me appraised at every step of the way. Ended up picking up quite the variety of Asian fossorials from him and now I’m waiting on some more arboreals to come in Tuesday. I assume they will come in ready to take on the world like every other order I’ve placed with Joe. Highly recommended! I will definitely continue doing business with him.

Joe Rossi is my go-to when I want to add to my collection. It's as simple as can be - there's nobody that does it better than Joe. I contacted him on Monday afternoon and had my new slings by Wednesday morning. The fast service is extremely appreciated, especially when you've ordered a couple of those bucket-list species. The packaging was flawless and the T's all arrived in perfectly healthy condition.

This my first time ordering from Joe. All of my slings arrived safe and sound. Excellent customer service, and a very impressive packing. Heat pack was still warm to the touch after opening up my package lol l will definitely wanna come back and purchase again! Thank you very much Joe

So happy I purchased from Joe Rossi! I was on the hunt for something specific for awhile and he had exactly what I was looking for. Super easy transaction from start to finish, Joe shipped out my tarantula the same day and I picked her up the next morning in perfect condition. I would highly recommend him and he will my first choice if I'm in the market for another tarantula in the future!

This wasn't the first time I've purchased specimens from Joe and it most certainly won't be the last. I had been eyeing a Phormingochilus sp Sabah Dwarf that Joe had listed on his Local Pickup Only classified ad for quite some time. Having discussed the difference between the PU only ad and Shipping Available ad in the past, I knew Joe kept some specimens for local pickup only because of the extreme difficulty in finding replacements for them. I decided to take a gamble on Joe's proven track record/skillset and voluntarily waved LAG to purchase this extremely rare tarantula, even offering to send a Polartech box with Phase-22 panels if that's what it would take. In the end, the kit wasn't necessary and Joe shipped it out to me on 2/14. When I picked it up on 2/15 and started to unpack, I practically missed the small centrifuge tube. That spider was safely ensconced in an impressive Russian nesting doll of packing materials with a heatpack safely positioned in a foil-lined foam shipping box. Joe took no chances and I greatly appreciated it given the LAG-less agreement between us. Thanks once again Joe for working with me and managing to get this obscure specimen safely into my collection. Until we next trade currency, specimens, or stories, take care sir.

Great doing business with. Set up purchase of what I was looking for, brought 2 so I could chose (I seriously wanted them both) and held her for me while I attended the Repticon. Also set me up with a vendor near me for another T that I hadn’t been able to find at the show. While a bit pricier, the T I wanted has been super tough to find. Great guy, will buy from again. Love my new T, 0 regrets!
