Joe Rossi

Joe does a great job of making sure the transaction is as seamless as possible. The species selection is great, and he is seemingly always available to answer questions to which he responds rapidly. This is the second time I've ordered from him, and I won't hesitate to order again.

From start to finish, Joe was fantastic. He answered all my questions and is helping find my dream collection of Ts. I will be ordering again soon and would recommend anyone does as well.

Joe and I had been in communication for about a month regarding some of the rare species on his next import. I let him know which I was interested in getting and he made the arrangements. The day before his import was to ship he learned that one of the species I requested would not be sent. Joe called me immediately to discuss how to resolve the issue, which he left up to me. In this day and age of vendors/businesses telling customers what they can and can't do, it was refreshing to hear Joe say "tell me what you'd like to do and I'll take care of it". Refreshing, but as anyone that has had any dealings with Joe would know, not surprising in the least. If Joe Rossi ever decides to leave the invert business, he could easily have a second career as a customer service coach for any number of companies. Joe once again delivers exemplary service. Had a few issues with the import process on the first order and he kept me appraised at every step of the way. Ended up picking up quite the variety of Asian fossorials from him and now I’m waiting on some more arboreals to come in Tuesday. I assume they will come in ready to take on the world like every other order I’ve placed with Joe. Highly recommended! I will definitely continue doing business with him.

Joe Rossi is my go-to when I want to add to my collection. It's as simple as can be - there's nobody that does it better than Joe. I contacted him on Monday afternoon and had my new slings by Wednesday morning. The fast service is extremely appreciated, especially when you've ordered a couple of those bucket-list species. The packaging was flawless and the T's all arrived in perfectly healthy condition.
