i only just realized this but my Curly hair molted tonight. This is her second molt for me, and I ran to get my mom so fast! I’m super happy to have another one of her molts to add to my collection.
Our Theraphosidae sp. Mandarin, Captain Zao, came out today after moulting yesterday morning
And our mystery T, Aradesh (who was sold to us as a Theraphosidae sp. Dorado but looks the same as the Mandarin and nothing like our previous Dorado) also moulted a couple of days ago too!
Brazilian Black (bought as G Pulchra but who knows). About 7 years old if my math is correct. Being stubborn and fragile so the only pic I have for the day. Posted the molt in the sexing thread. Thinking female?
Tliltocatl kahlenbergi juvi molted yesterday . This is the first time they molted with me. All I can see for now is the molt and a very vibrant red bum. Camera really doesn't do it justice the colour is incredible.
This one was quite a bit bigger than expected so once they've hardened up and had a meal it's going to be rehouse time
Basically my entire collection (barring SOME recent additions) has molted at least once since I last posted here, but I must mention one of my A. avicularia M6 slings for molting without advance notice and with a live cricket in its enclosure.
