He was very impressed with himself, strutting around, flexing those new big legs all over his enclosure. 💪 If he lasts a few more months until spring, I'll go outside and find him some girlfriends!
All the best! So long he doesn't become a snack!!:anxious:

My little girl is still growing and molting. Her last molt is almost 9"
She does appear to have grown a bit after this molt too.

I got her from a breeder that sells both Intermedia and Megaseta.
I don't even know the difference between them, but I decided on
the Intermedia. I was told she won't get bigger than about 8" DLS
and the Megasetas will reach 10"+

Did I accidentally get a Megaseta? or do Intermedias also get this
big? She's still striking to look at, nonetheless. Probably the same
thing for all I know and it's all marketing.

Irminia molted today. I also had a 2” male Tigrinawesseli and a 2” male Hati Hati molt as well. I’ll get some pics of the pokie but the Hati Hati is, as always, burrows.

My Cyriocosmus giganteus sling molted tonight. The giant dwarf, lol. Hoping to be able to sex it with this molt.

And, although not a tarantula, my little Phidippus audax molted and looks awesome!

Alien like visage of a GBB mid-molt. I stayed up with her and watched as she’d been in that tunnel for the better part of a month. I put a couple drops of water in her web every few days to try to keep her hydrated, but never saw her drink. Happy to say she completed without complication.

Woke up to see my Grammostola pulchripes laying down what looks to be a molt mat. Sure enough she was upside down just as I was leaving for work. Hope to come back to a successful molt.

1.0 Phormingochilus everetti molted in the last day or 2. Should be better than 4" DLS now:

1.0 Psalmopoeus reduncus is flipped right now. He was 4.25" already, so he may mature this time.

Happy to see Rave had no complications. Her molt measures 3.74 inches now. Feels like just yesterday she was 0.5 inch in a deli cup, but record shows it is exactly a year and a month since I got her as one of my first pair of Ts.

Second picture looks like a giant engorged tick.

Lol I just asked my wife what she thinks it looks like... she gave me two answers in rapid succession: "an alien, a tick".
