Zim is back in black. Moulted and finally came out to drink some water, and drank all the water that in the dish, possibly waiting for me to fill the dish up again. I just made sure to get the pic first. and his red hair is starting to come out. before he was more pinkish brown. and I am sure he is now over 1 inch. not sure tho. :D so cute.

He's really cool even though he's probably not 100% B. vagans.

I can't really tell, probably some sort of B. vagans + something hybrid. Don't know about the situation in the US, but here pure B. vagans is extremely rare. His carapace is the giveaway. AFAIK the carapace of B. vagans is jet black. Or is it just the flash/lightning?

His carapace is jet black....but I have been told he is big for a male B.Vagans.....rob

:clap: Nice i always loved it when my vagans molt. Whats the LS on it now? I had a female go from 5 1/2" to over 6" in one molt. :clap:
