Thanks :)

wasnt a very exciting fight? so would it have been if the mouse was alive? hehe just messing with you...seen you comment a lot in live v feeding so i just have to mess with you here. nice vagans and its cool that it ate it even though it wasnt alive. whats its leg span? mine is only an inch now. a lot of times my rosea will be sitting there and i just drop a cricket right next to it and it nails it immediately...crick doesnt even have a chance to move.

are you gonna give the T some of those anti-hairball treats when it is done with the mouse. Our cat loves those treats.

{D {D exciting, yes, entertaining, no ;P {D {D

She's about 5 inches now, and her feeding response is a lot like your rosea, cricks don't have time to get bored in her tank {D

Well she finally finished with Jerry, and what was left of him was not nice :( she only ate about half, but 50% going to waste is better than 100%
NASTY!

Is it me or does her butt look a little bit bigger? {D

{D yeah, I've been wondering how long she'll go before feeding again.
Wth this girl I'm betting not long at all, she'd already eaten two cricks before having the mouse  {D

I feed my C. darlingi some left over chicken one night. I hadn't gotten to the pet store to get crickets so I put a hunk of chicken on a stick and dangled it around the opening of her hut, the spider ate it up. Took awhile to eat it, but she loved it.

Nice B. vagans, I'll have one some day. Looks like she's wearing silver socks.

My (purchased as) B. vagans molted last week and finally emerged sometime yesterday or today. She readily accepted a roach and I took the opportunity for a few pics. :)

Now for the "what IS this stuff" part. I noticed when she was eating the roach that this white "stuff" came out of the roach. I saw the same thing in the tank of my T. blondi after eating and couldn't determine what it was. Does anyone know what this is?

Really?! I thought lobster roaches gave live birth (wait - is this considered "live birth?")! Ugh - these things DO breed like rabbits, don't they?

Any chance of the babies, uh, "hatching" while in the tank now?
