Very nice! They are so beautiful, especially when newly moulted.

go to www.southernspiderworks.com you can mail them cash/check/money order, or pay with paypal i believe. i sent a money order. they have a list of what they have in stock, but i would email to verify anyway. also, they guarantee live arival but only with certain next day shipping, costs 20 bucks. so i would get 2 or 3 at once, as the shipping didnt change for me. i bought a half inch b vagans, a 3" g rosea, and they threw in a quarter inch g aureostriata for free. basically it seems daft to pay more for shipping than what it is you actually want. unless you REALLY just want one b vagans heh

ps. email them any questions and they will respond very quickly

Right, everytime a live v's dead feeding thread comes up, people always come out with "T's won't eat prekilled yada yada yada" I've never tried feeding verts (dead or alive) to my T's so I've never been able to comment on whether they will or not.
Well one of my Royals decided he wasn't hungry today, and rather than let the little mouse go to waste I thought I'd try a little experiment.
I was fully expecting the T to ignore it but....

She nailed it straight away no messing about at all :D

I'm not looking forward to cleaning up whats left

All my juvenile tarantulas have taken thawed mice as well, the list includes...

Red Rump (B.vagans)
Greenbottle blue
Brazil Black (G.pulchra)
Chile Rose (G.rosea)
Brazil salmon (L.parahybana)

I've yet to try my T.blondi. :liar:

Not if it's a dead and defrosted mouse. The smallest of those tarantulas was my G.pulchra who had a 1.5" legspan at the time.

Of course when I say mouse I mean fuzzy mouse.
