Apparently Lasiodora parahybana.

It's true that my hair is pretty irritating. (It's long, so it's constantly binding up the brush roller in the vacuum cleaner, clogging drains, and getting stuck in the rug.)
hey! she looks pretty familiar ;)

weird that she looks just like my own LP, also named ungoliant!

As for my spirit Tarantula, id imagine mine would be the one and only Bitey thing itself,
the Pterinochilus murinus ---- dark color form, because well, I'm kind of a jerk, have a pretty quick temper if you bother me for no reason and i have a tendency to fall on my back(even though on the inside I'm really just a bit of a misunderstood scaredy cat). plus i wear a lot of black and all of my family seems to have orange/redish hair except for me.

But you have to say why... :p
to quote the Original poster of the question, "I'm asian" "oddly skinny" "I'm stubborn" and "I'm the fastest sprinter in my grade. I play basketball". need i say more? haha

On any given day, I have something in common with at least one of my Ts, but if I'm being honest with myself, I'm most like my reclusive G. pulchripes - tolerant of and calm about changes but would rather stay in hiding all day.

Mine is definitely my Brachypelma albopilosum. Not just any, but mine. Appears calm when unprovoked, small in stature, always rearranging my living quarters, OCD about cleanliness, big appetite and an incredibly short temper. Plus I have curly hair naturally and it moults like crazy haha! I could probably hair flick if I put my mind to it.

This is a nice tarantula but not your spirit animal. These are docile and basically never bite. You are not docile and you can bite if you feel like it - I've seen it ;)
You can't pick MY spirit animal, no more than I can pick YOURS :p

What is your "spirit tarantula"? Which species do you think represents you in terms of behavior and appearance?

A. chalcodes...I haven't grown much in several decades...I enjoy chilling out and relaxing. I'm friendly most of the time, but now and then out of nowhere I can be ornery. I also enjoyed living in Arizona.

Ceratogyrus meridionalis - I'm mostly calm, but when I get upset my venom can be significant. Don't poke me because I will bite when annoyed. Also, I like to wear pretty patterns. And I don't have horns, not even one.

My S. cal - I don't like light, or people, or movement, or anything really, but will hang out if there's food involved, with a small chance of messing your day up if I happen to be in a mood. But am otherwise pretty polite.
