Went on a weekend trip and came back to a freshly molted P. Vittata. Definitely time to rehouse him, just gotta let him harden up first. 20231119_172444.jpg 20231119_172533.jpg

One of my trio of Phormingochilus sp. Sabah red molted this morning. Those are certainly red legs...

Also had one of my Psalmopoeus emeraldus molt yesterday, but there's too much webbing to get a good pic of it. It's butt is very emerald green, though.

After making me panic because she kept sitting on the sub my Psalmopoeus irminia Amaterasu moulted last night. There was no going brown this time after the way she came to me I was so frightened she was crashing but no she moulted! I assume a fast moult to finish fixing the injury she came with hence not going brown. There is no pic of her as she's well hid in thick web but moult pic 😊 20231120_065110.jpg
A perfect moult and just over 3inches on it. Even more excited to put her in her big girl viv now, had it a week but where she started behaving strange n sitting out on the sub I didn't want to move her incase I made her worse. But no a moult not the old injury, she shall be moved soon as she feeds in a week or 2 😊 Go Amaterasu you smashed it girl 👏 🥰🥰🥰

My Aphonopelma sp. diamondback sling molted today! Still in the gummy spider phase. Looks like she's (🤞) starting to get that adult coloration though. 20231120_150749.jpg

My Liphistius yangae has thrown out its molt; given my history with this particular specimen I was getting concerned about it.

One of my Sinopoda koreana slings also molted-they've been some of my fastest-growing spiders.

As we rarely see pics, in my imagination, you never see your spiders, just molts thrown out from time to time, lol.

I really need to get around to posting photo updates of my spiders, but in this case I REALLY DO never see my trapdoor. Which is actually what I expected.
Yeah my a seemani that’s looking male destroyed it’s molt I can only see it because its burrow is visible. Tough getting photos of obligate burrowers. And molts often vanish.. good luck getting a photo! :pics: :D

November is hamorii month. This is 3 in as many weeks. That leaves Xolotl and Wendigo (who I might lose to the cyst).

Pictured: Ignatius, who I got from our very own @Triprion at about 1"

Had another ambly molt (either Catageus cf. longispina or Weigoldtia davidovi, depending on where they were exported from).

I actually had another individual of the same species molt a week ago, but that one didn’t turn out so well (lost one of the walking legs), though at least it’s not a serious injury and will be fixed with the next molt.

Another of my Phormingochilus sp. Sabah red molted, and it appears to be a female (1.75" DLS exuvia):

Let me know if you sex out another female Sabah Red from your group and want to trade. I might have a few specimens of interest for you and Sabah Red is one of the two Phormingochilus sp I don't have ;) .
That might work out - waiting on one more molt to confirm, but I think I've got 1.2... We'll talk. 👍

Had one of my Harpactora namaquensis slinfs molt today after a long wait: in addition, my freebie Phormingochilus sp. “Ackaya” molten a few days ago.
