H pulchripes came out to stretch today, freshly molted. If my estimates are correct (I never see a molt nor exuviae -correction: I’ve only seen it once when she was outgrowing her last enclosure), that’s a quick 61 day molt cycle this time. Here’s a crappy pic in the shadows through the enclosure.

Lasiocyano sazimai sling B molted this morning. Looks to have put on a decent amount of size. That leaves only L. sazimai sling A and my Nhandu tripepii sling as the only Ts in my collection that have not yet molted in my care. The Nhandu tripepii sling is in obvious premolt so a molt is definitely coming soon.

Went away on a road trip for 5 days and returned to find molts from:

0.1 Psalmopoeus pulcher (Rubia, sub-adult @ 4.5" DLS):

0.1 Thrixopelma pruriens (Olive, juvenile @ 3.5" DLS):

1.0 Harpactira baviana (Hades, MM, matured @ 4.25" DLS):

And today, while I was home, both of my Cyriopagopus sp. Valhalla slings (Jade and Moss) molted, each should be around 1.375" DLS:

My Pampobeteus sp. "Manganegra" juvenile molted overnight; It's definitely close to 5" DLS now. Its Christmas tree pattern has also undergone a massive change and has virtually disappeared.

It's probably safe to call it a subadult now.

Edit: One of my O. violaceopes "Pahang" slings has also molted today, as has a non-spider in my collection: my Hierodula patellifera.

Also just saw that my sub-adult Davus pentaloris molted today. Might have matured, but I'm not able to see well enough to say for sure. 🤷‍🤷‍♂️

1.0 Chilobrachys fimbriatus molted today. Will be around 3.75" DLS. Hard to get a good pic because there is so much webbing in the enclosure, but here's a bad one anyways! 😆

Some long-anticipated molts have occurred today:

- two Omothymus schioedtei slings that had seemingly been in premolt but had kept eating for weeks
- My freebie Phormingochilus sp. "Akcaya" sling
- the last of my Taksinus bambus trio to molt for their current molt cycle
- one of my Liocheles Australasia juveniles
