I'll be there for sure and might bring one of my sons or I'm willing to give anyone a ride from my area,too.
Should we officially register with ATS as a group ? What are your thoughts?

What is the limit on the number of people each person can bring? I could possibly bring my whole family but that would be a total of 5 so I won't do it if you guys think we need a limit. My 2 sons and daughter-in-law are in their 20's and well behaved so they won't be terrorizing the neighborhood, lol. Ken has a BBQ pit and enough shade so I'm bringing my own 6 ft folding table for my stuff but I can bring 2 more if anyone needs one. I will also bring some folding chairs. I'm all for registering with the ATS, how many of us are there? :?

If they are interested in tarantulas I have no problem with them comming.

I really want to go but I'm a little nervous driving in the city. If anyone in my area is going maybe I can hitch a ride. I'll pay for gas.

Also, do you guys want a website? I would be glad to make one and host it. I also work for a company that makes promotional items so maybe eventually we could have some cool pins or something. Just an idea.

I am actually in the Subburbs so it is not to hard to get too and is easy driving...I hate city driving too. I am about 30 - 45 min from San Fran. It is a lot of work Just feeding everything I have took 9 hours with my wife helping every inch of the way. I do not think I could do this without her she is a major help. I work full time so I have to do everything on weekends and evenings.

Other species

you can bring what you want as long as you can make sure it is friendly to others if it gets out or can not get out. We are a insect, reptile and animal friendly house. Don't get too crazy though I have madigascar hissers myself.

Bay Area Tarantula Society meeting June 30th

We are a week from our meeting and really need to get a head count. If you are planning on attending and have not yet RSVP'd,PLEASE do so. We are putting together a BBQ and need to let people know what to bring and how much.
