Hi.

Wanted to show two pictures of a small fugitive.
The whole eggsac hatched in the tank of the mother.
I didn´t notice that the sling escaped while i was catching the rest of the bunch out of the tank. Some weeks later i wanted to listen to music with my earphones. And there it was. Some sort of earwig

Best regards.
Robert

Haha it doesn't get much better than that! It's a good thing you found it before it grew up to a big mama.

Yes you are right. But it´s easier to catch a big mama, then a small, highspeed bug like this, which can hide under a fingernail.

Nice, what kind of music was it listening to?
I hope, no german folk songs :D

Do you ruin it's home?
Yes, i had to ruin it´s home.
It moved into a big glass tank with the rest of the whole bunch.

That would make me wonder if only ONE got out!
I hope not, but who knows. Maybe i find some more in the next weeks.

Regards.
Robert

Not if it crawls into your ear and bites your brain, like the earwig-thingy in Star Trek!
Good thing you found it before that happened...

Looks like a regular P.murinus to me, if there is any green to it, it'll definately be caused by the lighting.

By shopper, do you mean petstore clerk? If so, it's total BS. I would never listen to a petstore clerk about Ts, they have to prove to me they know something about them. As far as I'm concered no such thing exists, just a regular P.murinus to me.

I'd say TCF+RCF. Definitely, aside from color, has far more markings on abdomen than my RCF.
