thats one of the most beautiful pokies ive seen, is it just random whether a P Ornata will turn up like that?

Pederseni and regalis can have alot of purple on them too.

Metallica male

I have never seen a photo of a mature male P. metallica that served it justice. IMO, the males are just as beautiful as the females.( I have owned females of this species also, so I am allowed to say that):cool:
