Such beautiful eyes. Are they really that colour? Tarantula-eyes allways look black or brown to me, maybe I have look more closely.

This colour have got it because it is only carapaxe from exuvie.

That's what I thought. I haven't put my face close enough to a pokie to be certain.

yea my metallica is only 1" right now, cant wait for it to start showing adult colors.

Pokies are the most incredible species IMO. Everyone one of them no matter how bright or subdued they are, are totally stunning

My P. regalis molted about 2 weeks ago. She's now about 3.5". The best thing though, is that she's gaining colors :D (the last pic represents best what she looks like in person).

nice pokies! i really need more of this genus. i think your rufilata and subfusca pics are the same.

heh now it looks like you put a subfusca pic for the rufilata :D
