"Better" is subjective. With P. ornata you have a darker spider with nice olive green > brown coloration, reddish guard hairs, pale yellow flash coloration on the forelegs. With P. regalis you have a high contrast black and white spider with a pale whitish ventral abdominal band and lemon yellow flash coloration on the forelegs. Look at the photos in this thread and make your own decision.

I like better regalis. It has more contrast.
