Yeah, not legally right now they're not. We do have some Spirostreptus sp 1. Olive banded though, and those are beautiful too. I haven't even seen any Spirostreptus sp. 8 in institutions legally let alone the hobby. Who knows, might change though. I hope so

Edit: my apologies, the above is incorrect. There are a few people with these in the US, though they are very hard to come by legally.
