To think that they were all once like this:

And finally, here is their Mother, Fang who belongs to my sister:

take the sponge out of the water dish and use BONE DRY sub. then you'll have a nice little setup :)

agreed. no sponge. also pure wood chips dont make a great substrate. i would suggest getting peat moss or coco fiber and filling the tank 1/3-1/2 up with substrate. there shouldn't be a lot of vertical space for terrestrials as they tend to pop if they fall. especially onto a hard sharp substrate such as wood chips. and yes it should be compleatly dry.

Is the white stuff on the under side of that piece of wood mold?

great setup dude, but I agree with the guys above. IME roseas will turn into lil' bulldozers and burrow if the substrate is dry and the temp is sufficiently warm

I know the substrate looks like alot of wood chips but since this was taken I added some peat moss and fir mix...I havent wet the cage down for some time now and I will take out the sponge! Thanks for the info guys! Shes taken a liking to her log and rarely leaves it only to catch the cricket I drop in! Thanks for the comments though! Anything helps... like I said Im more of a scorpion guy (im new at that also) but I do like the T's too! Her cage is always about 80 to 85 degrees so that should be plenty warm??

Ah I didnt see the part about the mold! I just got that peice of wood like 2 days ago from petco and its not mold, just the way the wood looks! I will definetly fill the tank up with more substrate however, I had to use what I had left over from my scorps tank!
