I'm still up In the air. The research I've done has me leaning towards Goliath pink toe but I still don't know for sure. :/

Quick Question for fellow Avi Addicts!

This thread is so beautiful, even with my computer's failure to show half of the pictures....

I'm a passionate Avic-Addict... Sadly, I didn't have the most successful experiences with the slings I purchased 4 years ago. I love how unique each one is compared to any other- I'm heartbroken that I only have my Rosehair left out of my collection. :'(

My office and home need more living color! I'm looking to invest in a (possibly a few) new Avi's... I've been an arachnaddict since I conquered my phobia back in 2007. However, after my 1" purpurea passed without warning in 2010, I reverted back to the various "unbreakable beginner Ts" out of fear that I was somehow at fault. After a year or two of rebuilding my confidence, I've recently decided to try my luck with Avics again; now I'm looking for some direction/advice and an affordable deal on slings that'll keep their color.
I display my cuties openly and often share them to open minds long enough for that curiosity spark.
I eventually concluded that most people carry less resentment for a giant colorful spider behind glass than they do for any tiny jumping spider or mini-wolfy they find scuttling their kitchen floors. :giggle: :sarcasm:

Anyway; anyone out there have any advice on what I should be looking for in my hunt for deals? My love for Avics began with the Purpurea, blossomed with the Versicolor, and overflowed when I recently discovered the Diversipes.

Which show-gal Avi's would be best for my (resumed) quest to collect every vivid Avic out there?

Another pic of the Avic.
It's a sling - at that size you won't be able to tell the species anyways. Except for certain Avic species that have very specific looking slings, like A. diversipes, there's no telling yet. Wait and see.
