Murderface, my A. metallica, posing and being generally precious.

Hey hey hey!

New to the forum, relatively new to T's, definitely not new to exotics. Figured I'd introduce myself with a photo of my juvie female A. metallica, Murderface (AKA: Shotgun Betty). She's outrageous patient when it comes to photo shoots, and I particularly love this photo because it shows off her colors quite nicely, in particular, her little pink toes.

Greetings, and regards!

- Stephanie

Kodi, as a sidenote - that A. avic might be "sp. Purple Peru" or the like - in my opinion way to blueish on the legs for the usual A. avic - although it might just be the pic!

Has that species not been named yet? What does the usual juvenile A. avic look like?

Spiderlings look more beige on the legs actually. Very much like A. velutina for example. They do turn greenish/blueish, but yours looks really blue on the legs and even carapace, kinda weird. Again - could be just the picture.

The pictures are a bit misleading, but the very first one is exactly what he looks like.
