I couldn't resist this one! This one shed last week right side up and I was lucky to catch her during the whole process. After shedding she was too weak to reach her water dish so I gently placed her in her water dish to drink from. She drank for 20 minutes and the results were stunning, as the following photos convey.
1) Before shedding (12hrs.)
2) Carapace popping off
3) Just finished!
4) Before hydration
5) After drinking water (much better)

This was a hard shed for her. I'm glad I was able to be here for her.
It didn't take long, less than 4 hours!

Blue cage...

This is one of those blue plastic cages I bought at PetSmart when I was in a hurry getting dog food one day last year. At first I didn't really like it, but it was the only cage they had at the time. Now, I use it for my avics, like this metallica shown.
