You have one hour to order before they go with their stock to the BTS show. If you're late you cannot order until Sunday if they still have some.
P. metallicas for sure, but I'd keep my fingers away before someone will hurt. Have many, less potent eight legged pals with nice color to get your first bite ;)
One of my shelfs I use this. Ordered from Fasttech from around 30$ the 5 meter with adapter and remote control unit. Dimmable with the remote control, but a little bit too fancy. Who needs 30 different color tones? Cutted the led strip in 50cm pieces and soldering together with 4 cables each...
I think exactly that happened. It's a telltale how she acting more and more sluggish.
Thanks Trenor for the kind words, but now she's dying. It's highly possible, how Venom said, that wounds are from the males bite. I must deal with that, but it's my fault.
Just a little update. I detached that leg, cause even is she moved barley, every time started to leaking from the wound. I think the problem is the damage wasn't in the joint. Now she's in her burrow, but I can see her. Just need to wait and I cross my fingers, but I don't think there is so much...
Currently I don't own any, but long years ago I kept and bred some loveridgei.
Most of their times they hide in their burrow.
I kept them in shoe box style containers in thick aspen bedding. I had troubles with sand cause of the heating and I also fear from the ingesting. Used belly heating in...
Thank you Poec, I'll do my best. I've raised some violaceopes from slings to adults, but I never saw that behavior before. Maybe it's a stupid question, but you never got problems with too moist substrate?
Exactly 25,5C (78F). I have space heater in thermostat in the room.
I must tell, I know it's not a problem a broken leg, or a little leaking. I know too that I cannot do nothing, and she'll recover if it's not a serious internal damage. Just really I need to speak about.
Thanks for the kind words :) Yes, I've got many times 7 legged (now I have even a five legged) T. I know it's okay for them. Just.. You know.. I was stupid to left that male there and I must tell somewhere. I'm more worried about the too sluggish behavior. She'll probably fine.
My big C. (L.) violaceopes female's last molt was 20th January. I didn't expected a molt now. I have a mature male which I left with her few days ago. Today I saw something strange with her. After I take out the male I saw she molted, leaking in one leg and acting more sluggish than her usual...
I've found my Pamphobeteus species grows faster than any other NW terrestrial in my collection.
Here is a P. sp. Duran female as example:
05.July.2015
03.mars 2016 post molt with around 6" DLS
From all of my Asian aboreals, my pokies are the most layed back ones. I don't own the real terminators, like ornata, but got 6 P. metallica, 2 P. regalis, 3 P. miranda and 3 P. sp "Lowland" (or Bara or subfusca lowland, how we call them nowadays). Most of the times, the big ones run and hide...
