WOW...
Anyways the way the arachnid world works is size means everything in combat.

Do starbursts really get 6"? I've honestly never heard of one that size.

Disregarding all the preachy nonsense regarding invert "cruelty", I'd say T. blondi or C. crawshayi would take it. They are much more powerfully built than the others and can dish out much greater mechanical damage with their fangs.

This isn't a thread to voice your opinion on how you find bug fights repulsive. This is a thread to voice your opinion on who you think would win in a free-for-all fight to the death. I don't condone such activities as it's a waste of life and a waste of money but by no means am I unwilling to discuss hypothetical fights, as it piques my interest and curiosity. Call it a primal instinct if you will.

Don't post if you feel the need to whine about the subject matter.

This thread is getting interesting. Quixtar: I don't think the king baboon would win, the blondi is three inches bigger.

I'd have to pick the regalis. It's heavily built for an arboreal, fast, and well, it's arboreal.... It's got a better chance at staying out of the way and letting everything else destroy themselves.

When they say a T.blondi gets to 11", it is like say that humans get to a height of over 7 feet. They are both true statements, but your not talking average size.

Wait, starbursts really do get that big.

Who says ANY have to die. If you throw roaches in there all the time and it's like a 4'x4'x4' you might not even have issues. Starbursts and Poecilotherias live fine in groups of their own species, so that might work with eachother. The king would just build a burrow and so would the lividum but if another spider crawled down one or the burrows crossed there would be definate issues. The blondi and redleg could live in different hides too.

Sheesh, I feel like an idiot. I voted starburst because I thought they'd all be the same size for fairness.

as stupid as it is, there would be only one logical victor here. The Pokie.
Reason being as it would haul it up to the top and wait till the rest killed each other . The OBT ( less than 6" im sure) could possibly make it up there but would be like popcorn to the pokie whilst it watched the King baboon and blondi kill each other after the rest were done.

OBT would loose due to it being so much smaller than the pokie. The terrestrials it would be the 2 biggest duking it out after shredding the rest and the "winner " of that would prob die as well thus leaving the pokie still munching on the obt thinking WHAT HAPPENED(if it could think lol)

I was figuring the species being as large as they can get. My uncle's 'OBT' is around 5" and I didn't know if it was full grown or not. I voted the P. Regalis because of it's speed, powerful venom, and ability to stay out of the way until it needed to feed on the last one standing on the bottom of the tank. I just wanted opinions. Not ones about how great I am at making polls. I would never make T's fight each other either. I HAVE seen one video of two female ornamentals coming in contact. They acted like they wanted to fight but walked away. Anyway, like I said, I was just curious what people would say. I don't care if you like polls about which T mates the best better than this one.

ALSO, I'm not an expert with this, but I have a Columbian Giant Redleg and I was wondering if the rear leg spikes would help in combat. Considering no other T supposedly has them.

The arboreals would climb up the walls out of the battle, the burrowers would digg in only the stricktly terrestrials would do any real battle for a long time.

Perhaps you should chose number of varieties of the same type, ei. Arboreals, Terrestrials, and Burrowers.

If they weren't all in the same cage together they'd probabally bolt in seperate directions except for the blondi left just standing there like, "What now bitches?".

However, since we are throwing them all in a cage to slaughter each other, we ought to throw that cent in and a few emperor scorps along with it for good measure.
