Aurora Ephebopus cyanognathus large juvenile/ just sub adult female, I have no idea when she moulted as she lives in her burrow and there are no windows. She has not thrown the moult yet but is twice the size and skinny all of a sudden, she may even be big enough to go in her big girl viv now 😊

My little or not so little any more lady giving me a small slither of a glimpse of those beautiful blues 💙
Well done girl 👏

Food for the cult. Testo, the male Acanthoscurria geniculata, molted almost exactly 6 months after the last molt.

This (not so) little demon of a Heteropoda lunula molted two days ago and needs rehousing. Fun will be had.

Your lunula is so pretty 😍 I have never kept heteropoda but these are my favourite looking by far, I hope to see more pics of your leggy friend on the media feed 😉

My big P. victori female has been shifting positions quite a bit today, and it looks like she added some webbing to her hammock, so maybe tonight will be the night (finally)!

Her boyfriend is becoming impatient (along with her owner)...

'Merneith', grammostola grossa juvenile female molted earlier this week and emerged from her burrow for the first time this evening, had to be careful when snapping this pic as she's a shy one, so its not the best... I'm just happy for a glimpse as she's a spider I rarely get to see!

Looks like only one, Cetus, G pulchripes, but he put on so much size it may as well count as a few

(And no that's not a solid box of dirt, he's an artist)

He-heh... I just noticed that I spelled the name wrong - it's Acanthogonatus pissii. Also, it's not actually a tarantula (Theraphosidae), but it's a mygalomorph from the family Pycnothelidae. It looks a lot like a T, though!

Here are pics of my freshly molted B. boehmei, engaged in a serious grooming session...
