A couple moults happening these last few days:
- Large female Psalmopoeus reduncus, who gave me a super healthy eggsac back in July, has moulted without double clutching. Now she's on break until my (unrelated) suspected male sling matures.
- Dolichothele diamantinensis juvenile male moulted! Again! He's getting big now at 5 cm DLS, so maybe I should say he's subadult. Either way, I'm so so thrilled and can't wait to pair him up with my girl.
- Davus pentaloris juvenile, now confirmed female, moulted. Lovely bright red colours and clean stripes!
- Ephebopus cyanognathus male hooked out, but due to a sudden influx in mature males I've yet to find anyone with a female, which sucks because I'd hate to see him rot away here with my two immature females.
- Cyriocosmus perezmilesi male hooked out. Same thing as the C. cyanognathus - can't find a female and I only have his sisters.
- Last but not least, Brachypelma auratum sling, suspected female, moulted. She's grown quite a bit recently and is now just pushing the one inch mark and you can just make out the little leg patterns. So cute!
