My D. diamantinensis juvenile moulted and I finally got to confirm it is a male and I couldn't be happier!

Long story short: I agreed to a 50/50 with my female back in April but ended up getting duped. Luckily no money was exchanged, all it did was leave me with a bad taste in my mouth and a note not to do any future deals with this keeper again. But I had gotten a sling just a couple months prior and kept my fingers crossed it would turn out male... and here we are!

And not to be that person, but the keeper who snubbed me? Never got a sack. Ah... karma.
Ahhh good old karma 😆 glad you got the male you had hoped for 😊 🤞 you get a sack 😉

Tiny little Euthycaelus amandae sling molted. I'm hopeful that some day I'll actually get to see it...

I feel ya on that one. Since rehousing my little E murinus sling, I’ve found the only time I can see him/her is right about sunrise when the tiniest bit of light is illuminating the spider room. If I sneak in and peer in from the left side, I can see the shape of a spider up in his/her web. I have about a 15-minute window to do this. After walking away, I laugh giddy like a child that I successfully saw my spider.

Like most Ephebopus, Euthycaelus are some of the most fossorial T's out there - so yes, it's a special occasion when you get to see one out, 😆.

While we're here, 0.0.1 Phormingochilus sp. Sabah red molted today - first of 3, the other 2 will follow soon. (You can see the exuvia on the left, new legs through the webbing on the right, kinda):

My freebie versicolor sling and one of my Thrixopelma sp. "Sullana" slings molted a few days back, and one of my Omothymus violaceopes "Pahang" slings and one of my new Ornithoctoninae sp. "Haribon" slings have molted today.

Ornithoctoninae Sp. Hana sling molt. I swear it's because I accidentally flooded one end, oops 😬 Rehousing and humidity, the great molt-makers!
