hello i need your opinions what should i get a.geniculata sling or h.gigas sling the prices is really cheap and i can only get one
Assuming you're a new hobbyist with no prior experience, A. geniculata.
H. gigas is an old world fossorial species. This means it's a pet hole that you will not see very often, and if you ever need to deal with it for some reason that requires you to remove it from the enclosure (such as rehousing) you're going to have to dig up a very defensive spider that has venom known for being painful enough to send you running to the hospital. Not suitable for a person with little to no experience with tarantulas.
A. geniculata is a new world terrestrial species. They're attractive, get to impressive sizes, eat like a horse, and are confident enough to hang out in the open as they gain size. No competition here, even if you've had a couple Ts and could handle the H. gigas.
Hungry Hungry Happy
He grabbed the other one shortly after this pic. Bummed that he's male, he's a lovely T.
i was thinking because both of them are fast growers and have special traits an eating machine or a swimmer so yeah i have a hard time which one but i guess genic it is i don’t want a pet hole anydayAssuming you're a new hobbyist with no prior experience, A. geniculata.

I own and love both species, but if it was one or the other for me I'd go genic any day of the week.

Here's my boy Happy. He's a neat T.
Oh, pardon me, pet window then.I have three H gigas I bought as tiny slings. They all made burrows on the side of their enclosures, so they are far from “pet holes”.
Some Ts here in the Philippines are cheaper compared to the US or Europe, some are pricier though, like Avics, pulchras to name a few.where might there amazing prices be?
I guess im just an american noob who will have to stop playing vidya and get a job. I also should have realized OP is from Philippines(thank you auto correct). If you're not into pet holes, then A. geniculata is the one for you. Huge appetite, great colors, and its got a thicc booty.
