Have you ever fed her a Hopper before? I fed my H.Albostriatum a hopper once and it was pretty nasty. In about 24 ours the hopper was just a Flesh ball with a tail........ yuck. Nice T blondi

Thanks for the compliments. I think she looks like brown suede, and her color is more uniform than most blondis I've seen. She's blushing right now :p To reply to a couple of your questions, yes, it was a live hopper. She gets one a week when she's feeding. She kills them instantly and actually finishes them pretty fast and just leaves the skull, so not too messy or smelly. I'm sure she could handle full or close to full-grown mice but I don't want her to be injured. I'll occasionally give her roaches to vary the diet but I hate those things  She's molted twice in the 13 months I've had her, about 10 or 11 months apart.

Here are a few shots of Deborah Hairy at dinner time last week. They're poor cause the lighting was terrible and the glass is dirty (and I'm not much of a photographer). Anyway, she's my girl :)

I got her about 14 months ago. She was about 6" then and has molted twice, so probably about 7-7.5" now.

Hi. How do you get a T Blondi or really any other T off you and back into their enclosure without aggravating it?

Every time I open my blondis container I get at least a few hairs on me, and they usually stick around for a few days itching like crazy.

I really want to get a blondi but I kept reading that they have to most worst urticating hair of all. I have a sensitive skin.

Don't touch it and you'll be fine. Also make sure to avoid sticking your hand in the cage (use tongs) so you won't come into contact with the hairs. You can take precautions and should have no problems.
