B. auratum (in premolt actually, since she starts to show the black spot on her butt :D)

A very fat A. geniculata sling - no feeding for a good while (since that one is usually in its hide, I wasn't even aware HOW fat it is...geez!)

A. avicularia (as usually, not hungry...wondering if she is in premolt, too)

Some shots I took around 4am of Phaedra roaming around at night (P. irminia, 4" female)

Excellent pics of the Avics man, really like that versi, very nice colour! A. amizonica and A. metallica are the main Avics I want to keep next. Great collection in general, nice vaiety, that B. smithi looks incredible.

I'll watch that feeding vid later, looks like there's a good bit of footage on it :D

Awesome pics Jan! Congrats on the P. cambridgei, she's gorgeous! :D
Thanks, Chad! :D She's certainly a beauty. Curious how much she'll grow until the end of the year :)

Wow ur pulchripes is beautiful! So is ur A azuraklassi, beautiful :D.
Thank you! But actually, the G. pulchripes is technically belonging to my GF as I got that girl for her on valentines day ;) But for now, she stays with me until we can move together.

Thank you, Matt! I really try to get better with my pics! A.amazonica seems so far the hardest to raise, as they aren't really food happy and the second sling I have of that species has been climbing around with a black butt for like what...3 or nearly 4 weeks now without molting. It's weird considering they are sackmates. My B. smithi is awesome, yeah! She's pretty calm and not much of a hairkicker either...love it.

She's gonna look AMAZING when she molts!
That and I can't wait to see how much size she'll gain...if I'd have to guess, I'd say she won't really molt before start/mid of may - we'll see though ;)

Thanks, Steven. Much appreciated!

Nice Pictures. Love the G. pulchripes and P. irminia!
Trust me, I love those, too! Especially my P. irminia!

As a little update, the second A. amazonica sling FINALLY decided to molt sometime today while I was at work! Came home checking on my T's and found this:

I'm kinda proud of those pictures, they really turned out pretty well. You can even see the tiny hooks on the small toes in the last pic...

Little vid of the small sling and some updates on the others...

You captured those transluscent very well!
Thanks! I'm quite amazed by what my digital camera can do with the macro option. Still practicing, though!

I'm liking these Avicularia pics Jan. keep em' coming :)
Thanks! That's an "affirmative", Chris :D

Here's a few I just took:

The little one that molted yesterday looks a bit different now and stretches out:

Check out that jet black carapace it sports currently! Looks amazing!

A. avicularia squeezing herself into a corner to avoid the sprayer (which wasn't at any time even close to her ;))

That A. amazonica is amazing. Great photos of her.

You've got a really nice collection

All you're missing is a nice Ultramarinus or Platyomma ;)

Thanks! Hopefully one of those two will be a female, yeah. As for the Pamphobeteus...maybe...in the future...probably distant future rather ;) Have to get more tree-ninjas :D
