So do you have a T called scorpion? That's cool and confusing if you do lolMine are all named after characters from Mortal Kombat and Marvel Comics
Talk to your gfSo I've always said fang is a temp name until i figure out if fang is a he or a she.

Angel and itsy are pretty cool names i didnt realise you could get hermit crabs as pets can u get any crab as a pet? When my daughter was four, she got her first pet - a hermit crab she named Lady Almalthia. We couldn't ask after her by calling her Ally or even Almalthia. We had to say the whole thing with title - Lady Almalthia.
I wanted to give my first tarantula a regal sounding name:
B. hamorii - Dulcinea
B. boehmei - Beboe
T. albopilosum - Aida
A. minatrix - Trixie
A. semanni - Angel
A. chalcodes - Odessa
Haven't named the sling (B. albiceps) yet.
My husband suggested Ziggy from Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars and Itsy from the Itsy Bitsy Spider.

It's so much fun to pick out names for all of them. Be creative! It sounds silly, but I've even given some of my inverts both first and last names that have a theme to them. Even though they're spiders/ scorpions, I think it's cute. But that's just me. I love naming things.

Yes thats him he kinda freaked me out as a kid
Awwww now thats a cute nameSince I only have one T with a confirmed sex (MM), I just arbitrarily assign genders. They don't mind, I don't mind, and if Princess Bubblegum turns out to be a male he'll still be named Princess Bubblegum.
Yes you can, at least here in the US, But knowing what I know now, I don't recommend it. This was MANY years ago and the care instructions were sadly lacking. They are high maintenance and require a set up that provides land, salt water and fresh water. I am sure it can be done but do your research! I do have a palludarium with some fiddler crabs. It is a new set up but they seem do be doing well.i didnt realise you could get hermit crabs as pets can u get any crab as a pet?
