Yes, in section b-2 on page 122 of the club manual, it states that when you have two eggsacs at once, you're automatically granted acceptance.

Actually just molted about a month ago. I believe they aren't as 'brightly' coloured as they mature. I noticed they are much more vivid as juvies and sub adults.
