Why mist them? if you iist often you are probably killing them with poor hygiene. A wet food (like carrots), some dry stuff to nibble and a water dish. I would steer far away from making their molts/dead bodies and feces wet that often.
looked like dehydration.
I’m not seeing much frass they are dying off at this point I need to buy more or switch to something else as feeders like super worms. I fed them some carrots I’ll check tomorrow to see if they are eating.

They will find water in a dish, no worries. If worried, add some gravel or something to the dish, but you don't really need it. They are far better at drinking than crickets. It is far safer to let them find a water source rather than forcing them to escape pathogens in a moist environment! Especially if there are many dead bodies, moisture only hurts that.

Just in case it has been over looked. My opinion of what Dubia need are

Fully ventilated top of enclosure. Kritter keeper style is fine. Avoid stuffy, especially if you mist...creates huge issues.

Water in a dish and don't spill it.

Dry food in a dish so it doesn't get wet.

Wet food in a dish so it doesn't make the floor wet.

Then the usual egg crate etc as surfaces to do their thing. The frass will build up which is fine if it's not always soggy. avoid it getting wet.

The bottom of the enclosure and especially the egg crate (or leaf litter, soil etc) will hold more than enough humidity for them. Keep everything else in an open space area so it can ventilate and not lead to pathogen spikes.

Dubia die, of course, but if you have reoccurring colony crashes, the issue is with your husbandry and not the species. Might be easier to just redo everything from scratch if this keeps happening more than twice :)

They also like it warm. 20-30 degrees seems pretty good in my experience. Higher and lower create delays in breeding.

I add some dead dry leaves for them to nibble from time to time. Mahogany at the moment.
