you have some magic spell going on. Mine are really not growing as quick. I hope the warmer coming months boost them up a bit.

thank you for your informative contributions.

i cant help but think you lucked out with a female. But i know nothing.

Yes one year, three molts, just thought about it! Thanks for the nice comments :) Hope to get a molt some time, but I guess I am learning the hard way about why fattening Ts are supposed to take longer to molt. Do you think I should wait with the rehouse until after this molt or just do it now and have the spood just do it in the bigger encosure?

I personaly like to keep my tarantulas on the small side. Whats minimaly considered acceptable.

so i am not a reference. I tried the extra space move, and its not working for me.

i think you should wait.

you didnt get all those results, because your tarantula was crawling miles…

The enclosure you got is a display/final enclosure.

There is no rush.

If you move it, it won’t damage anything. But expect feedings to change. As well as growth. Thats to be expected at one point anyways. Unless you have a super mutant brachypelma. Hahaha!

The second you rehouse it in the giant mansion, you will see changes. Whatever they may be.

Edit: for the record, i recently rehoused both my b hamoriis. One in a slightly bigger enclosure, the other in what i had; its too big. Its aweful. I am considering putting it back in its “prison”. I was mostly afraid of molting issues, but i realize now my anxieties were purely human.

It was fine in its tiny enclosure. Shame
On me.
