Returned home to find my 1" C cyaneopubescens in serious difficulty moulting.
It appears that the fangs and pedipalps have become stuck in the old skin
Using a wet cotton bud and a lot of patience I've managed to coax the old skin off the spider - the palps are hanging down and look limp and useless - I can't really see how the fangs have fared due to the tarantula being rather small
Anyone have any words of advice? I think I'm going to just have to hope for the best for my baby.
