Hello everyone! I technically joined the forums last year but I just lurked while learning about tarantulas. I finally got my first tarantula, a Brachypelma auratum, a few days ago though, and I'm excited to join the forums "officially." Happy to be here and always looking to learn more!!
Great choice! B. auratum and B. klaasi are my 2 favorite in the genus. Thanks for joining the discussion!

Hello I'm new here, about 2 years and a few months into the hobby now. Started with 2 curly hair and now I'm up to at least 10 spiders.

Hello!! Newbie here! I have porcellio laevis isopods and springtails, but that's it as far as bugs go...I've owned isopods for only 3 months now, and they've just started having lots of babies!! So stoked. Ive done lots of research on the way, supreme gecko YT channel has helped me a lot. Bought some isopod chow off his website and they are loving it. As for other pets, i have 12 chickens, 2 dogs, a cat, and 3 fish and a mystery snail. Last year i raised monarch caterpillars inside and had a lot of fun!! I'm also on 2 other forums, BackYard Chickens as well as The Cat Site. Can't wait to contribute to this forum and help others:D

Hi All,

I’m Josh from the uk and I am currently making a return to the hobby. I started keeping T’s in 2021 but unfortunately a year later me and my partner at the time split up and due to my sister not wanting them in the house until I found a place to buy I had to rehome them all.

after now finding someone who’s very understanding of T’s I’d like to start the hobby again. Although I only have a years experience I did end of dabbling in old world as well as new (I miss my H. Mac) and I love arboreal T’s.

I joined the forum to get as much helpful info as possible.
Thanks

Hej!!!

My name is Andrzej. Fairly new to keeping spiders and bugs. Actually can’t handle spiders at all lol. But keep them. Currently I have 10 Curly Hair, looking into getting more once I get some more space.

Hello folks, North Wales hobbyist here, into Star Wars, Playstation, Poker, I'm new to arachnids, I care for two Ghost Mantis, had others before but I have a couple of spiders that have made my home their home so thought I would study them and maybe expand a little into spiders. They are so cool. Gonna post the pics on the main forum to identify hopefully. Think it's a False Widow but need some expert verification. c u round)
