Nope, not a Selenocosmiinae spp and not fossorial. Plus, these get MUCH bigger than Chilobrachys spp (there's a large male dubia behind the PVC pipe to give you an idea of her scale).Chilobrachys fimbriatus?
I know, the opaqueness is literally the only drawback to the Sterilite 1932's. So this isn't P. sp Akcaya, but you got the genus. These still get much larger, easily reaching 8" DLS whereas a big P. sp Akcaya might be 6.5" - 7" DLS.Can't quite see the coloring but knowing you ill have to say maybe Phormingochilus sp. akcaya?
Even closer. Some people think they might end up being a color form or locality of P. everetti in the end, but I have my doubts.Phormingochilus everetti?
Bingo. That's one of my big proven females and she actually double clutched for me this year. I managed to get this picture while she was in a Mexican standoff with the hidden dubia behind the PVC pipe. I really need to get better pictures of them.....Phormingochilus sp. Sabah blue?
NopeOBT?
Good guess! She is both arboreal and a new world, so you're on the right track. Not psalmopoeus, though. You're in the correct family.Psalmopoeus pulcher perhaps?
Yup, you got it! You're up.Amazonius germani?
What is an obligate fossorial from SE Asia described by von Wirth?
