this is probably out of the question but would you ever use slings as food for bigger slings?....its all recycle....and you wont have to worry about buyin roaches for awhile.Wow, maybe I will find homes for my future slings, I bred three of them this year and I am not to sure why. But two look very gravid. They will be 50 cents lol.
so i just went and checked to see if she has gotten any fatter. i haven't fed her anything in a long time. check this out though. look at the picture i posted before and now.
Yes thats exactly what im doing. I fed her a LARGE amount after mating and let her have a cool down period. I have seen great success in breeding reports with the Brachy species. That i thought i would try it with my grammy.WOW! i would say she looks bigger! When you say you haven't fed her anything in a long time; is that a normal part of the breeding process? After mating, not feeding for a while or something? Just curious... :? Is that similar to a cooling period for Brachy species - to help stimulate them to make a sac?
LOL. just make sure not to put him in your purse or it might start another debate.I'd take some rosea slings... or might just borrow bob's male and make my own...
