Rules of Fight Club:
Rule #1 - Don't take this seriously, it is all in good fun. If it is not to your liking don't participate. If you are not sick or twisted aka male, you don't have to participate.
Rule #2 - These bouts are fantasy fights only, they are not meant for anyone to put these tarantula species together. That would be stupid, cruel, and foolish.
Rule #3 - Don't get your hands in the way.
We are going to put a 5" female OBT in one side of a 30 gallon and a 5" female Cobalt blue in the other side of a 30 gallon at the same time. Why females? Because chicks fighting turn guys on. Neither T has been in the enclosure before, newspaper bottom, no hides or climbs. Texas style death match.
For the first 45 seconds nothing happens, they don't seem to notice each other. Then the cobalt blue starts to move.
False alarm, the cobalt blue moved 3 inches, for the next 2 minutes pet rocks. Then the cobalt starts to move again.
They are within one foot of each other as the cobalt blue wandered to the OBT side of the tank. OBT goes into threat display, Cobalt Blue goes into threat display! So far no physical contact.
You pick the winner! Vote if you want to and you know you want to!
