From where did you acquire so many species of Aphonopelma? Did you find them yourself?

Man, I have to say, I really enjoy looking through this thread! Amazing collection there. But, I kind of hate you right now because of it anyways. Haha

Hating me? Hmmm! I wouldn't you don't realize the grief that the Aphonopelma iodius gave me. I just wanted to put her back in her little enclosure and she was going in there but gave me a nice surprise by holding on to me, for three minutes she held on. I did not want to damage her fangs I left her be until she was done and dealt with the agony pain she gave me. Oh well part of the job I guess. I'll never see this species as a docile temperament anymore, very unexpected. They are indeed little devils.

Oh wow! Similar to what happened to me with a Aphonopelma hentzi a few days ago. Females just have their days I guess.

No, it's an adult female that I owned a few years ago. And yes photo was taken when she was freshly molted.

No! But she did make a lopsided erg sac that was strange. No good.
