how small are they ?? :]
LOL, I have actually used live early instar superworms to feed early instar C. elegans. Of course, if you don't breed Zophobas that is not an option.Tarcan or Eric, what do you suppose is best to feed 2nd to 3rd instars of these spiders? I have been crushing pinheads and offering them. It seems to work.
heh, he or she ingulfed a live pinhead earlier and backed off. After I killed a few however they dissappeared over night. I appreciate the feedback.GoTerps said:LOL, I have actually used live early instar superworms to feed early instar C. elegans. Of course, if you don't breed Zophobas that is not an option.
Luckily, while starting out very small, C. elegans are intense feeders IME.
If crushing pinheads is working then go with it! You'll find that very soon you won't have to be crushing them anymore![]()
can you give more details and info please, any articles already published on that that you could point me to?Bearo said:tarcan>> nice
It's the result of a siames (conjoined twin, spelling?).. I'v seen it with P. irminia, P. regalis and so on.. but never with this spec., so its not genetical
I believe Ray Gabriel is going to have an arictle on this in relation to P. regalis in an upcoming BTS Journal... at least I think that's what I remember hearing.can you give more details and info please, any articles already published on that that you could point me to?
Thanks Eric, Ray had mentionned it to me... I am looking forward to the article.GoTerps said:Playing Dr. Frankenstein are you Martin?JK
