This is my bad little GBB eating a cricket that was almost as big as s/he is. This is now my favorite T (please don't tell the others) simply due to the attitude! This one "hunts" the crickets down instead of waiting for them to wonder by. This one is going to be fun watching grow up! Anyone else have a GBB with an attitude?

i dunno about my GBB, but my baby B. albopilosums both do amazing stalking and hunting their crickets. Last time she took a path that looks something like this:

It was amazing. And the cricket was about the same size. Awsome pics Ronj

My GBB is my favorite because of it's colors & it's appetite. Mine never refuses food & pounces on crickets as soon as they hit the floor & Luckly it's a female:razz:

My GBB is the same. It made an awesome web fort in the corner of the tank and is my most active, aggressive hunter.

It was my first T and what got me started on the hobby :D

They do grow really fast, it seems. I got mine as a tiny little thing, and it was one of my two smallest T's. Then just recently it has sky rocketed in size, and is now one of my biggest.... surpassing 4 or 5 of my other T's in size, that were much larger then it.

My new GBB is a GREAT hunter.

It seems to wander round the top lip of the tank and the ALWAYS sneaks up on the crickets from behind.

I’m not sure about spider intelligence because I'm new to the hobby but this dude is smart.

Amazing to watch and beautiful too.

This pic is of him eating a cricket.

Nice pictures Code! I can't wait to see the color when mine grows up. Did you raise that one from a spiderling? If so, when can I expect to see the change?

Oh baby! That's what we're talking about! One nice GGB!

Yeah, intelligent T's?! If there was a price for the smartest T out there I too bet it'd go to GGB. It's the only T that I've seen that always seems to go for the head of the feeder, or at least very near the head. And yes, they are fast, accurate and extremely furious... so they are 10/10 T's in my eyes... well especially the eyes :D

No, I just got "Cyrus" a week ago from a petstore that was selling it as a Tiger Rump!

You should have a look about for some pics of GBB on this site. They are really cool.

I gotta get a better camera though, mine just doesnt do him justice:worship:
