These shots were taken two weeks apart. It molted the same might I took the first picture. The second was taken in bright sun which is why my hand glows like it does. But the color is untouched.
Always a looker and though it was one of the first Tarantulas I aquired I always come back to oggle some more pictures of C. cyaneopubescens. Not much in the animal kingdom looks as stunning as these. Also, not to be artsy fartsy or anything but Complimentary colors are always attention getters.

Today is moving day with my GBB. S/he has outgrown the little hide and the little kritter keeper as well. I had just misted so the web is a little damp. Notice the leg in the lower left corner of the web in the first picture, and the leg just inside the pot in the second picture. This T is an incredible hunter/ eater and one of my favorites.
I think I'm the only one who appreciates this molting picture. I've been told that no one can make out what they're looking at. It's my GBB molting in a cool web hammack!
