My smithi came out to play this morning:



Only my second time handling him. He kicked hairs twice, but nothing bad. I had a heck of a time getting him back into his enclosure though since he kept crawling the wrong way on my arms and I'm still nervous about cupping him. He molted into adult colors 9 days ago.

I won this in a no reserve auction about 3 weks ago.. 20 bucks plus shipping.. wasnt expecting much.. there was no pic on the auction.. but i've been wanting one for a long time.. and i figured why not.. not only did i get one, with some size.. but look at it (waiting for molt to confirm sex)

Thanks.. it got a little stressed during shipping i assume.. waiting for a molt to confirm sex, and the whole rogaine affect molting has on a spiders butt will be a nice plus too..
