Avicularia sp. "Ecuador"

An adult female Avicularia from Ecuador. I got this spider a few years ago from a WC shipment of A. purpurea.

This is what she looked like as a juvenile

I think it looks like it could in fact be a bicegoi or at least what I have seen of them? Looks like mine that I bought a few years back as a small sling. I don't think it looks anything like an aurantiaca like it was said to be in that thread but it could also be a huriana like you said? AVIC???? :wall: :wall: :wall:

I took some photos of the recent minatrix and versicolor additions today. I figured I might as well pull my weight around here and post a couple. :)

Avicularia minatrix sling

Avicularia versicolor sling

Avicularia avicularia subadult - This is a photo from a couple years ago. I turned it up as I was sifting through the Avicularia folder. I don't recall posting it before.

Avicularia purpurea adult
This is a local petstore tarantula. They are keeping it as a breeder.

Thanks! I can't believe I waited so long to finally pick up a versicolor. They are great little slings. I'm looking forward to seeing them grow up.
