Recently did a trade with John...Packages where both picked up due to hot temps in our locations. All went smooth as silk! He did an awesome job with straw packing each of them. The plugs came out by hand easily when removing the new slings! John also had great communication with me through out the transaction. Great guy to do business with, and I plan to do more biz with him in the future!!! A+++

I contacted John last Saturday about a few slings and we quickly had a deal in place. I was even able to add to my purchase the day before shipping. He was very curdious and very quick with his responses. Upon recieveing the slings, everything was maticulously packed and very lively. I was even surprised to find an additional freebie that came with the order( Not your regular freebies either). I give this review a A++ and would not hesitate to make another order with John. I purchased 4 spiders from John and I'm very happy with the transaction! Great communication and he was very accommodating when it came to shipping, as I made the purchase before I left for vacation and then had several weeks of sweltering hot weather when I returned. The spiders arrived in great shape even after USPS decided to delay the package for a day for seemingly no reason, they were packed very well.

Ordered two B. klaasi slings over the weekend, they were shipped out first thing the following Monday. Transit available to my location was three days and both slings (as well as some generously included freebies) arrived alive, well, and as described. We worked out a trade (some roaches from me and a couple slings from him) and everything was very clear and prompt. He always replied very quickly to any messages I sent. Ship dates were given in advance, the tarantulas came in good health, and he throw in some freebies which was awesome. Short of providing the next winning lotto numbers I don't think there's any thing he could do to offer a higer level of service.
