On Feb. 15th I paid shipping for a free tarantula offered by Exoskeleton Invertebrates. Feb 16th the T was shipped, and on Feb. 17th I received my order in perfect condition! I paid $50.00 shipping for USPS overnight, and he refunded me over $20.00 because he only charged me for the exact shipping cost!
Due to a previous DOA order, I made a thread in the forums and Exoskeleton Invertebrates was kind enough to comment on my thread and offer to send me a freebie as long as I paid for the shipping and handling.
Communication was perfect throughout the entire process, and there was no delay whatsoever in shipping. The packaging was by far the best and most secure packaging I have ever had the pleasure of opening. A small box, with +1" styrofoam lining, inside was a dram vial with moist paper towel in it, fitting perfectly snug around the T. The dram vial was wrapped multiple times with arts & crafts batting to give it the most possible padding and least possible movement inside the box I have ever seen. A heat pack was also included.
I would most definitely make a purchase in the future and plan to whenever I get more funds!
