@Venom1080 Yea the light banding on the legs was the one thing that made me think it was a possible hybrid.. The black against the yellow usually pops pretty well.. Alot can change in a molt as you have mentioned. Most at 5 inches have strongly contrasting bands though.. Sort of a tough one.
At OP Like I had said before I think striata but the more I look at your spider the more I think it might have something else in there as well..
@cold blood yup it's just not nearly as pronounced on striata and if the leg patterns are matching up to regalis as the OP has stated than it's striata because they have the same leg patterns..
I don't want to say yes it's striata 100% and have him potentially create muts.. It looks alot like striata but the contrast in coloring on the legs is off.That's about it though.. Could be age or where it's at in it's molting cycle.. Or it may be a mut. Lol.. I'm not a taxonomist just a fat old guy that loves pokies ...
thanks for all the info. i wont be breeding her anyway, so i will just call her a striata ill post a thread when she molts. maybe the colors or belly band will be clearer then.
